The Role of the Director
The Musical Director is the north star of our chorus.
This role goes beyond leading rehearsals. It is about shaping the sound, guiding musical growth, and creating an environment where every member feels confident, supported, and inspired.
Lead weekly rehearsals
Develop and refine musical performance
Guide vocal technique and blend
Help shape the artistic direction of the chorus
Foster a positive and engaging rehearsal environment
